Team Leader

Salary: £14.29 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 per hour + £1.54 holiday pay) + £290 car allowance per month.

Location: Kilmarnock.

Availability: Must be available to work throughout June and July for this vacancy.

Shift Availability: Access to wages from 3-7 days after shift completion. Immediate Start. Holiday Pay.

Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern).

Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

• Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites.
• Complete stock counts accurately within the given time frame.
• Monitor and improve team productivity where possible.

• A full driving licence.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Basic IT skills.
• Ability to remain focused under pressure.
• Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Please note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and some use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock.

This role will involve working unsociable hours, early mornings or night shifts, which means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years.
