Cash Processor

Position Details

• Hours:
  
  Monday to Friday 07:00am to 14:30pm (35 hours per week)
• Salary: £24,567 per annum
• Grade: CM10

  4 Simonsburn Road, Loreny Industrial Estate, Kilmarnock, KA1 5LA

Accurately process incoming and outgoing cash consignments, adhering to customer deadlines, ensuring no loss, and correct crediting of cash deposited, while complying with company procedures.

• Achieve required shift/team average performance targets per hour, errors, losses and service failures.
• Comply with cash processing procedures.
• Identify cash discrepancies and report to Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Process/prepare allocated items, including receipt and dispatch.
• Amalgamate cash to complete daily balance.
• Ensure work is processed and reported to meet customer processing deadlines, verifying all paperwork/vouchers.
• Accurately wrap, strap, band, pack and weigh cash by denomination and type.
• Process ATM cassettes for customer packing.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and follow waste procedures and Health and Safety standards.
• Perform other daily duties as delegated by the Leadership team.
