This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Sales Advisor at our Kilmarnock branch. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, supporting dealer operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves efficient handling of inquiries, recommending products, maintaining accurate stock levels, and working collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and customer expectations.

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and add value to client interactions.
• Experience in Dealer Management and Inventory Control to support stock accuracy and efficient operations.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members effectively.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and previous experience in a similar sales environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet targets in a fast-paced setting.
