Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 19:30pm

Starting pay: £27,976 per annum
Weekly pay and commission scheme included. Overtime available on weekends. Earn extra bonus.

McQueen's Dairies is an established and ever-expanding family dairy in the UK, trading since 1995. Our aim is to update the traditional doorstep delivery, bringing great value and service to our growing customer base.

• Brand Ambassador: share the company story with new audiences and maintain a professional presence out in public.
• Build rapport with customers, adapting the approach to the individual.
• Strong knowledge of products and delivery service.
• Objection handling: recognise objections and steer the conversation to overcome them; answer questions about our products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for both new customers and customer retention.

• Coordinate with your team leader to understand the map locations to canvass.
• Clearly explain to customers about the service and next steps if they sign up.
• Accurately obtain customer contact details and product order; enter data onto CRM system.
• Distribute leaflets that outline the service and products offered.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate sales pitch to eliminate risk of complaints.

• Highly self‑motivated.
• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Confident engaging with the public and speaking to new people.
• Previous experience in customer services or a sales environment would be beneficial.

As well as guaranteed income from your hourly pay, you will earn fantastic commission. Bonus available includes daily litres sold, customer retention bonus, and weekend bonus on your sold litres. If you have the drive, you can earn £100+ extra per week.
