Greenleaf House is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Kilmaurs, East Ayrshire. The role involves caring for children and young people, supporting development, and working within a therapeutic, trauma-informed framework. Expect 14‑hour shifts followed by a 10‑hour sleepover in a 2 on/3 off pattern.
Applicants should have residential care experience, SVQ 3 and HNC in social care or equivalent, and be able to work weekends with a full UK driving licence. Salary ranges and benefits apply.
