Aspire Housing and Personal Development Services is seeking a compassionate Outreach Support Worker (Drivers only) to assist individuals in the community with mental health challenges, tenancy sustainment, and social isolation. The role involves 1:1 home visits and community support to help people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
You will work in a lone-working capacity with on-call support, build tailored support plans, and help people participate in social activities.
