Pay & Progression £15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026 £ 15.25 per hour from 26th October 2026 £ 15.50 per hour from 25th January 2027 Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £33,120 per year including uplifts (pro rata for part-time) Overtime available to boost earnings

• Age 18+
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
• Minimum 1 year driving experience
• Friendly, reliable and eager to learn
• Right to work in the UK (DVLA requirement: 183+ days presence)

• Starting Pay: £15.10 rising to £15.50 (compare to typical local operators starting at £13.45)
• Paid Training:
  Stagecoach fully paid + licence; typical operators often unpaid or partially paid
• Pay Increases Agreed:
  Stagecoach Guaranteed; typical operators not always structured
• Pension:
  Stagecoach Company scheme; typical operators assume basic sick pay
• From day one (above SSP):
  Stagecoach; typical operators often SSP only
