Pay & Progression £15.10 per hour from 15th June 2026 £ 15.25 per hour from 26th October 2026 £ 15.50 per hour from 25th January 2027 Equivalent to £588.90 per week / £33,120 per year including uplifts (pro rata for part-time) Overtime available to boost earnings

You’ll be the friendly face keeping your community moving, safely, reliably and with great customer service. No experience driving buses? No problem. We’ll train you from day one.
What You’ll Do- Drive safely and confidently

- Age 18+
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Friendly, reliable and eager to learn
- Right to work in the UK (DVLA requirement: 183+ days presence)
- Starting Pay: £15.10 rising to £15.50 (compare to typical local operators starting at £13.45)
