This role is crucial for leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services. You will be responsible for planning and executing audits, supervising junior staff, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards. • Plan, execute, and supervise financial statement audits for a diverse client portfolio.
• Assess internal controls and identify areas of risk and improvement.
• Manage audit engagements from start to finish, including fieldwork and report finalization.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding audit progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards (ISAs) and relevant regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a strong background in audit.
• Proven experience in leading audit engagements and managing client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
