Management Consultant - Business Process Optimization

Our client is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant with a focus on Business Process Optimization to join their team in Kimberley . This role is pivotal in helping clients enhance their operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce costs through systematic process analysis and redesign. You will work closely with client teams to identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and drive sustainable improvements across various business functions.

• Conduct detailed assessments of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Map current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows.
• Implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Develop and deliver training programs to client staff on new processes and best practices.
• Measure the impact of process changes on efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for client management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, process improvement, or operations management.
• Proven experience in applying process optimization techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
