This role does not require formal education, focusing instead on client focus and dependability. You’ll engage guests, resolve complaints, and process reservations efficiently, contributing to a welcoming hotel environment. Basic computer skills are necessary, particularly for completing clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process guest arrivals, departures, and reservations
• Investigate and resolve complaints from guests
• Provide detailed information about hotel facilities
• Handle cash, balancing reports at the end of shifts
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries
Requirements:
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
• Authorization to work in Canada is necessary
• Dependable, flexible, and focused on client satisfaction
• Basic computer skills, particularly with the internet
• Ability to assist guests with special needs
Deliver outstanding customer service daily as a Front Desk Clerk in your hotel career.
