Customer Relations Specialist

Proactively communicate with customers regarding updates, new services, or policy changes.

Requirements   Previous experience in a customer relations , customer service, or account management role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and grace.
High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications are an advantage.
