About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Residential Architect to design bespoke homes and multi-unit residential projects in Kimberley . This role focuses on creating beautiful, functional, and sustainable living spaces tailored to individual client needs. You will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial client consultations and conceptualization to detailed construction documentation and site supervision. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of residential work and a passion for creating inspiring homes.

• Design high-quality single-family homes, townhouses, and apartment buildings.
• Develop creative and functional floor plans and elevations based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and other specialists.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and aesthetic standards.
• Oversee construction to ensure the design vision is realized accurately and efficiently.

• SACAP registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential design.
• Proven experience in designing a variety of residential typologies.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD , and 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent client communication and project management skills.
