Early Years Educator - Preschool

About the Role  A welcoming preschool in Kimberley is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join their dedicated team. You will be instrumental in creating educational activities that foster creativity, social skills, and early literacy and numeracy. Key Responsibilities   Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate curriculum activities for preschool children.
Observe and document children's learning and development, identifying individual needs.
Create a safe, hygienic, and stimulating classroom environment.
Promote positive social interactions and emotional development among children.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements   Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
Proven experience working with preschool-aged children.
Knowledge of early years foundation stage curriculum frameworks.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A genuine passion for early childhood development and a patient demeanor.
Must be based in or able to commute to Kimberley .
