Position: Educational Programme Manager (STEM)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Educational Programme Manager with a focus on STEM initiatives to lead their programs in Kimberley . This critical role involves the overall management, development, and execution of STEM educational programs aimed at enhancing student engagement and achievement. You will collaborate with educators, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure program goals are met and resources are utilized effectively.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, project management, and educational strategy skills, with a passion for advancing STEM education within the Northern Cape region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of STEM educational programs.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop partnerships with schools, universities, and community organizations to expand program reach and impact.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of program staff and volunteers.
  • Monitor program outcomes, collect data, and report on successes and areas for improvement.
  • Champion STEM education initiatives and advocate for their importance within the community.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education, STEM Field, or Programme Management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational programme management or leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing complex educational initiatives, particularly in STEM.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and pedagogical best practices in STEM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and data analysis.
