Join our client to manage and develop STEM educational initiatives that make a difference in Kimberley. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation to elevate student achievement. Ideal candidates will bring leadership and collaboration skills necessary to engage with educators and community partners in the Northern Cape region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of STEM educational programs
• Manage budgets and resources for successful execution
• Foster partnerships with local schools and universities
• Train and manage program staff and volunteers
• Track program outcomes and communicate findings
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education, STEM, or related field
• 7+ years experience in program management
• Strong STEM initiative management track record
• Proficient in project management and analysis
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Lead STEM education initiatives that directly influence student success in Kimberley.
