Further Education and Training; FET) College Lecturer

About the Role

Our client, a reputable FET college, is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Lecturer to teach in the Business Studies department at their campus in Kimberley . You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to post-matric students, preparing them for careers in various business fields. This role requires a dedicated educator passionate about vocational training and committed to student success within the Northern Cape educational sector, ensuring students gain practical skills and knowledge essential for the modern workforce.

• Deliver lectures and practical training in Business Studies subjects, including management, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment tools to meet industry standards and college requirements.
• Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
• Mentor students, offering academic and career guidance to support their learning journey.
• Participate in departmental meetings, college events, and curriculum development initiatives.

• A relevant Master's degree or post-graduate qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification and/or proven experience in lecturing at a tertiary or FET college level.
• Strong subject matter expertise in core Business Studies disciplines.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
