This seasonal full-time role demands your expertise in coordinating events, particularly in outdoor settings. You will work alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure all events are memorable and run smoothly. Engaging with guests and analyzing event outcomes will play a crucial part in enhancing their experiences and promoting the resort effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute unforgettable on-mountain guest experiences

• Oversee event staff for optimal performance

• Create and manage engaging social media content

• Contribute to marketing campaigns to excite potential visitors

• Track and report on event performance metrics

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event coordination

• Intermediate skiing or snowboarding abilities

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Ability to handle physical lifting tasks
