About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Management Consultant with a focus on Organisational Development to join their practice in Kimberley. This role is integral to helping organizations enhance their effectiveness through strategic workforce planning, talent management, and cultural transformation. You will work with clients to design optimal organizational structures, develop leadership capabilities, and foster positive work environments that support strategic goals.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of human capital strategies, change management principles, and organizational behavior.
- Assess current organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement strategies for talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives, including cultural transformation and employee engagement programs.
- Develop frameworks for performance management and leadership development.
- Advise senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management best practices.
- Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, HR consulting, or a similar strategic role.
- Proven ability to diagnose organizational issues and develop effective OD interventions.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and talent management strategies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, relevant to the Northern Cape region.
