About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Graduate HR Generalist to join their Human Resources department in Kimberley . This is an excellent entry-level position for individuals interested in a career in Human Resources, offering exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team, supporting daily operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide assistance with employee relations inquiries and concerns.
• Help coordinate HR initiatives, training programs, and employee events.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
