Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. is seeking an IT Manager to deliver top-notch technology support and service across our spectacular resorts. This year-round, full-time role offers a chance to enhance guest experiences through effective IT management.
As the IT Manager, you will oversee IT operations at Kimberley Alpine Resort and additional affiliated venues, providing essential support to all departments. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead efforts in maintaining reliable IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing technology solutions tailored to enhancing operational effectiveness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all departments' IT needs in resort operations

• Manage hardware, software, and infrastructure systems

• Maintain equipment inventory, repairs, and disposals

• Collaborate with departments to fulfill IT objectives

• Uphold the service policies and values of RCR
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in IT

• Minimum 2 years in related technical roles

• Experience in guest-focused service environments

• Flexibility in work hours and shifts required

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
