About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated Management Consultant with a specialization in Supply Chain Optimization to join their team in Kimberley . This role is centered on transforming and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of client supply chain operations. You will analyze end-to-end supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and design and implement solutions that reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client supply chain operations, including logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation throughout the supply chain.
  • Develop and implement optimized supply chain strategies and processes.
  • Utilize data analytics and supply chain modeling tools to support recommendations and track performance.
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new supply chain solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics consulting, or operational improvement.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and relevant technologies (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex supply chain data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
