About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to optimize logistics and inventory management for their operations in Kimberley . This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, analyzing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities, and improving overall supply chain performance. You will work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline processes, manage inventory levels, and enhance delivery accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of materials and products.
  • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Assist in forecasting demand and planning for future supply chain needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain , logistics, or inventory management role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Familiarity with ERP/SCM software and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
