About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Inventory Control Manager to oversee their inventory management systems in a hybrid capacity in Kimberley . This critical role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of inventory processes across the organization. You will be responsible for implementing and refining inventory control procedures, conducting audits, and leveraging technology to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute significantly to the success of the Logistics & Warehousing operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust inventory control policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize stock levels.
- Manage and oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods to maintain accurate inventory.
- Implement and utilize inventory management software and systems to enhance efficiency and reporting.
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and meet demand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management, specifically in Logistics & Warehousing .
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
