About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer with a specific focus on Supply Chain operations to join their team in Kimberley . This role is vital for analyzing and optimizing logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes to enhance overall efficiency and reduce operational costs. You will work closely with supply chain partners and internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and a proven ability to apply industrial engineering principles to real-world logistics challenges.

• Analyze current supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation, to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve logistics flow, reduce lead times, and optimize inventory levels.
• Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to forecast demand, optimize network design, and improve resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and efficiency of the supply chain.
• Design and implement performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor supply chain operations and report on key findings.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new supply chain technologies and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a strong emphasis on supply chain and logistics.
• Proficiency in supply chain software, inventory management systems, and data analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of logistics optimization techniques and inventory control strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment located in Kimberley .
