About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to take ownership of their popular Snacks and Beverages brands within the FMCG sector in Kimberley . This exciting role involves developing and executing compelling brand strategies that enhance consumer appeal, drive market penetration, and foster brand loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and advertising agencies, to bring innovative products and campaigns to life.
The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with a keen understanding of consumer insights and a proven ability to manage brands successfully in a competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans, including advertising, digital campaigns, promotions, and PR, to grow brand equity and market share.
- Conduct consumer research and market analysis to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities within the FMCG snacks and beverages market.
- Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring profitability through effective pricing, cost management, and promotional planning.
- Collaborate with R&D and product development teams on new product innovation and line extensions.
- Oversee the execution of all marketing activities, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and quality standards.
- Work with sales teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and strong retail execution in Kimberley .
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of brand management experience, preferably within the FMCG , snacks, or beverage industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have led to significant brand growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret consumer data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and campaign management.
