Social Program Facilitator

About the Role  Our client, a dedicated non-profit organization committed to youth development and community support in Kimberley , is seeking an energetic and empathetic Social Program Facilitator . This role is essential for guiding and supporting participants through various programs designed to enhance skills, promote well-being, and foster personal growth. You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment where individuals can thrive.

This is a hands‑on role that offers a direct opportunity to impact the lives of young people and contribute to positive social change within the Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities   Plan, organize, and deliver engaging workshops and activities for program participants.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to individuals participating in programs.
Assess participant needs and tailor program delivery accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program outcomes.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure holistic participant support.
Foster a positive and inclusive group dynamic, encouraging active participation.
Requirements   Experience in youth work, social facilitation, counseling, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and group facilitation skills.
Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals, particularly young people.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
Understanding of social issues affecting youth and communities.
