About the Role

• Develop and execute comprehensive transportation strategies to meet business objectives.
• Oversee daily transportation operations, including route planning, fleet management, and carrier relations.
• Manage and mentor the transportation team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
• Implement and manage transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management or a senior logistics role.
• Proven track record in fleet management and optimizing transportation networks.
• Strong understanding of transportation laws and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
