Warehouse Receiving Clerk

Our client is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join their team in Kimberley. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient receipt of all incoming goods, ensuring that inventory is properly documented, inspected, and stored. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory management system and ensuring that warehouse operations begin smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, possesses strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a safe and orderly receiving area.

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect goods for damage or defects and report any discrepancies or issues.
• Accurately enter received goods into the inventory management system.
• Organize and store received items in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly receiving area.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure efficient workflow.

• Previous experience in a warehouse receiving role or similar capacity is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory software.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
