Sanitation Supervisor

Our client is seeking a hands-on Sanitation Supervisor to manage and lead the sanitation team within the Kimberley region. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, training staff, conducting inspections, and managing resources effectively.

• Oversee the daily activities of the sanitation team, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed according to schedule and standards.
• Train new employees on sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and the correct use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify any hygiene issues and implement immediate corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and responsible usage.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and staff performance.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding operational status, needs, and challenges.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or sanitation industry
