• Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 3‑6 years of experience in manufacturing
• TPM proficiency and experience
• Detailed knowledge of mechanical & process
• Strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis, thoroughness and problem solving
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills to engage with shopfloor team.
• Out of the box thinking and challenger attitude

Main Purpose of Role:
Drive actions and results based on day to day, weekly and monthly process problem directly impacting machine stops/shift and Total Waste. Execute robust asset care and maintenance plan as per maintenance calendar with Zero unplanned downtime mindset and target.

• Responsible for Stops/shift, Unplanned downtime, Running waste, raw material waste, quality defects and quality rejection
• Perform periodic machine health checks, plan and execute predictive and preventive maintenance
• Grade change management, GRS management.
• Develop training module and Train operators on machine operation practices, grade change, autonomous care, center lining.
• Drive process improvements and Kaizens.
• Plan and execute RSR, MSR. Support new product developments.
• Identify and implement solutions for repeated QNCs, consumer complaints.
• Conduct daily., Weekly, monthly asset performance analysis. Maintain related scorecard data.
• Conduct RCA using 6W2H, 5

• Asset leader, Shift Engineers, Electrical Engineer, Quality Engineer, Spares parts store leader.
