Essential Knowledge/ Experience- Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 3‑6 years of experience in manufacturing
- TPM proficiency and experience
- Detailed knowledge of mechanical & process
- Strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis, thoroughness and problem solving
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills to engage with shopfloor team.
- Out of the box thinking and challenger attitude
Main Purpose of Role:
Drive actions and results based on day to day, weekly and monthly process problem directly impacting machine stops/shift and Total Waste. Execute robust asset care and maintenance plan as per maintenance calendar with Zero unplanned downtime mindset and target.
- Responsible for Stops/shift, Unplanned downtime, Running waste, raw material waste, quality defects and quality rejection
- Perform periodic machine health checks, plan and execute predictive and preventive maintenance
- Grade change management, GRS management.
- Develop training module and Train operators on machine operation practices, grade change, autonomous care, center lining.
- Drive process improvements and Kaizens.
- Plan and execute RSR, MSR. Support new product developments.
- Identify and implement solutions for repeated QNCs, consumer complaints.
- Conduct daily., Weekly, monthly asset performance analysis. Maintain related scorecard data.
- Conduct RCA using 6W2H, 5
