We manufacture products for the copper alloy wire industry and have customers in the battery, ammunition, music, and electronic markets, among others. Successful Machine Operator candidates will be primarily responsible for machine operation, set up, string up, drawing of wire, quality inspection of product, record keeping, minor troubleshooting, material handling and other duties as required. They must be self‑starters, hard workers, have attention to detail, multi‑task, computer skills and forklift training will be provided. All candidates must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, rotating / swing shifts Monday‑Sunday.

• Heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, and long term standing.
• Pre‑employment passing of physical, drug & alcohol screening, and background check.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on machine operation and set up experience.

After probation (90 working days) $31.48/hour based on position. During probation, wage is reduced by 25% ($23.61).

* Swing shift that allows a 5 day long weekend once every four weeks.*
