Junior Machine Operator

Main Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
• Achieve production goals during the shift with good quality, productivity, and cost while maintaining safety.
• Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery malfunctions or issues, escalating to Shift Crew leaders.
• Conduct regular equipment service and cleaning to prevent breakdowns.
• Ensure products meet the highest quality and safety standards, maintaining GMP compliance and proper housekeeping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring adherence of PPE usage according to facility standards and Lock Out Tag our policy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Learn machine technical aspects in one to two basic areas according to SCL assignment and attend mandatory trainings to build relevant capabilities.
