Position: Bruce County Housing Facilities Manager

As the Housing Facilities Coordinator, you will report to the Housing Facilities Manager and will be responsible for coordinating various housing services, handling inquiries, and managing move-in/move-out logistics. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule housing facilities services

• Handle inquiries and maintain accounts payable records

• Ensure compliance with building standards and maintenance

• Assist in move-in/move-out processes for housing

• Administer office operations using existing software tools

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in Business Administration or Accounting

• Minimum of three years in a service-focused role

• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite

• Holds a valid Class G Driver’s License

• Possesses a clean Criminal Record Reference Check
