Onboarding Trainer at Aecon

In this role, the Onboarding Trainer will report directly to the Onboarding Manager, focusing on developing and delivering training programs required for Bruce Power projects. Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, facilitating core training sessions, and tracking participant progress to meet EHS Management System requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety training across various EHS programs

• Provide feedback on employee competency post-training

• Participate in training team collaborations

• Promote a culture of continuous EHS improvement

• Serve as a resource for OHS Standards and Regulations

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years in Health and Safety with training experience

• Knowledge of Provincial OHS Legislation

• Proficient in MS Office for training development

• Experience in Nuclear industry and Human Performance
