Key Responsibilities:

• Debone and prepare standard cuts of meat

• Meet daily production targets maintaining quality

• Follow all food safety regulations consistently

• Assist other departments as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Open to attending a 5-day training course in person

• Knife experience is a valuable asset

• Comfortable working with raw beef, pork, and chicken

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks under pressure

• Must lift up to 50 lbs
