Part-Time Community Nurse

Deliver community nursing care across Kincardine with flexible scheduling and full-scope practice. Work in person and virtually across varied patient settings.

Care Partners seeks Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses for part-time community nursing in Kincardine and surrounding areas. Build therapeutic relationships while preserving patient dignity and privacy. Develop care plans, provide nursing services, and communicate with interdisciplinary care teams.

• Develop effective care plans with Ontario Health atHome
• Provide nursing services in person and virtually
• Serve patients in homes, clinics, schools, or retirement homes
• Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Perform other clinical duties as required

• Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse degree or diploma
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for regular travel
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• CPR certification, immunization record, and required checks
