Position: Nuclear Quality Supervisor at Aecon

At Aecon, the Quality Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing all quality-related aspects under the Nuclear QA Program. You will lead the Quality Team, support project site personnel, and ensure compliance with the Integrated Quality Management Plan (IQMP). Your expertise will contribute significantly to the Major Component Replacement program at Bruce Power, ensuring the utmost quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project teams on quality matters

• Report quality conditions to the Project Quality Director

• Manage and mentor the Quality Team

• Document and maintain the IQMP

• Conduct quality audits and assess suppliers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

• Certification in Quality Engineering or ISO-9000

• Knowledge of Nuclear Codes & Standards

• Experience managing a Nuclear Quality Team

• Familiarity with audit systems in Nuclear facilities
