Minutes from Monterrey and Carmel on the coast! Our client is a 25 bed Critical Access not for profit hospital centrally located in California. Minutes to wine country and over 300 wineries.

• Day shift 4 10 hour shifts
• Compensation - $ - $, depending on experience
• CME - $3,000.00 per year
• Sign-On Bonus - $5,000.00 - $7,500.00
• Relocation Reimbursement - negotiable
• Paid Time Off – 29 days/year to start
• 4 x 10 hour/shifts, 3 days off per week

The Physician Assistant provides services to clinic patients following adopted clinical protocols under the supervision of licensed physicians. The Physician Assistant will follow current treatment protocols for the services to be provided with assistance and consultation from the clinic physicians. The Physician Assistant assumes personal responsibility and accountability for decisions regarding initiation of, or changes in, treatment of their patients with guidance from their supervising physician.

Experience working in a flat organization with no more than 2 people in between you and the CEO at any time quick decisions and the ability to make an impact without corporate approval. Work with patients in a quaint community from cradle to grave and get to know them as more than just a number!

• Education:
  
  Training at an Accredited Physician Assistant Program
• Skill Requirements:
  Ability to communicate effectively.

• Current California Physician Assistant License (PA)
• Current National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Current AHA BLS or ACLS

Must be able to sit and stand/walk for 12 hours per day. Must be able to bend, push/pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
