What You’ll Do

• Manage monthly close for assigned properties and prepare financial statements.
• Handle journal entries, bank reconciliations, tenant receivables, and AP/AR processing.
• Review monthly P&Ls, perform variance analysis, and maintain balance sheet schedules.
• Support lender, investor, and audit reporting requests.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, asset management, and corporate teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• 2–5 years of experience in G/L, public, or property accounting.
• Yardi experience highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a small‑team setting.
