LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant for a healthcare manufacturing company committed to improving lives through innovative products and solutions. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on inventory accounting and financial reporting. This position requires hands-on experience with SAP, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general ledger maintenance and month-end close activities
- Reconcile inventory accounts and ensure accurate valuation and reporting
- Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and supply chain
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAP
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare setting
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with inventory accounting is a must
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
$70,000- $80,000
