Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist with a track record of increasing responsibility and demonstrated career progression in accounting or finance. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in full-cycle accounts payable, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review, coding, approval routing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain vendor records, ensure timely payments, and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Assist in month-end close by preparing AP accruals and account reconciliations.
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to AP activity.
  • Mentor junior AP team members and provide process guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Prior experience in the real estate or property management industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated career progression and increasing responsibility in accounting roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
