Liberty Personnel is recruiting for a property accountant for a real estate organization located in the Philadelphia, PA area. This individual will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements for a portfolio of properties. Experience with CAM is a plus!
Responsibilities- Maintaining the general ledger, creating and posting journal entries, monthly close, etc.
- Preparing and analyzing financials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Reporting on any variances.
- Assisting the auditors.
Qualified candidates will have 2 plus years of staff accounting experience, preparing and analyzing financial statements. A BS Degree is required.
