Sr Site Procurement Manager

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet site needs and align with company goals.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with site teams to understand requirements and provide procurement solutions.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing responsibly and reducing environmental impact.

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Experience analyzing data and making informed decisions.
• Experience using procurement systems and tools.
• Must be able to work on‑site at the designated location 2-3 days per week.

• Master's degree or professional certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
