The Growth Coordinator plays a key role in growing Soccer Shots by driving enrollment, building partnerships, and managing our sales pipeline. This role focuses on lead generation, outreach, follow-up, CRM management, and developing strong community relationships to expand our impact. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Growth Coordinator is expected to maintain confidentiality and represent Soccer Shots with integrity and enthusiasm.

As Growth Coordinator, you'll help us reach even more children and families, opening doors to new schools, programs, and partnerships while sharing our mission of making a lasting, positive impact.

• Manage lead generation and follow‑up in our CRM (Highrise/Salesforce)
• Achieve quarterly and annual enrollment and revenue goals by securing new accounts (daycares, preschools, schools, after‑school programs, clubs/academies, parks, grants)
• Conduct sales calls and meetings (including quarterly joint calls with the Executive Director and independent calls thereafter)
• Maintain detailed, up‑to‑date records in CRM with follow‑up actions and results
• Identify and pursue sponsorship and partnership opportunities, including park programs, club partnerships, and corporate Vim sponsors
• Attend school director networking events to build relationships and visibility
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve your own sales knowledge and support the broader Soccer Shots team in sales excellence

• Serve as a point of contact for school directors and parents as needed
• Assist with program operations:
  • Coaching and subbing as needed
  • Supervising programs
  • Being on‑call
  • Preparing, distributing, and supporting seasonal marketing materials
