Philadelphia suburbs based Commercial Construction GC/CM company is actively in search of a commercial Project Manager for a full-time permanent staff position.

Commercial construction experience is required for consideration (ground up, additions, renovations,). Individuals will have approximately seven (7) or more years of strong commercial construction experience, Commercial Office Buildings, Healthcare/ Hospital, Warehouse, Manufacturing facilities, Senior Living facilities, Multi-Family Apartments, Academic/Institutional, focused projects ($10-50+ million).

Requirements

• A t least seven (7) or more years of commercial construction experience
• Competitive compensation & benefits package based on experience
• College Degree a plus
• Projects are based in the local PA/NJ/DE area.
