Our Commercial Construction Crews will be responsible for a wide range of hands‑on duties/jobs onsite at our construction projects. We are currently looking for Crew Members to join our team and will consider qualified individuals for Assistant Foreman and Foreman roles as well.

• Previous commercial construction experience required
• Previous pool construction and/or service experience preferred, not required.
• Excavation, backfill, stone bases, etc…
• Operating small to mid‑size construction equipment
• Structural Concrete knowledge:
  Forming, Rebar, Pouring of Concrete (Note that MLCP will subcontract Shotcrete and large concrete pours)
• PVC Plumbing knowledge: PVC sch 40 and 80 plumbing up to 14” diameter

• 100 % on construction site
• Estimated 75 % of projects are travel (over 1 hr from residence), 25 % local projects
• Region of work is within 5 hrs of our office with the average distance in the 2‑3 hr range.
• Additional pay available for employees able to work full‑time remote based.
• Local projects are paid for onsite work only
• Travel projects are projects where overnight stay is required.
• Employee is required to be capable of travel to and from all work, including travel project by his own means. Valid drivers license and personal vehicle is not a requirement but is strongly recommended.

• Travel Project Benefits:
  Perdiem paid weekly, Travel bonus (discretionary and taxed and added to payroll check)
• All hotel rooms are single occupancy and paid for by MLCP
• Portion of travel projects are designated at four 10+ hour work days with a three day weekend.
