PR & Production Associate

The PR & Production Associate supports the creation, organization, and execution of brand creative assets across photography, brand storytelling, public relations, and influencer programs. This role ensures that all visual and written brand content—whether produced in-house or through partners—is efficiently scheduled, meticulously managed, and seamlessly distributed across internal brand systems for use by cross-functional teams.

The PR & Production Associate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for brand storytelling and operational excellence, and has high travel flexibility in their schedule.

Manage sample flow for photography needs, ensuring items are tracked, prepared, steamed, and ready for studio or on-location shooting and passed back in good organized formats.

Maintain an up-to-date sample tracking system that reflects availability, location, and status for all items. Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, vendor coordination, and file organization.
** Qualifications for the Position
** 1–3 years of experience in production, creative operations, marketing, PR, or related field (fashion/apparel experience preferred). Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with digital asset management systems, project management tools, and basic Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally.
