The Role
We are seeking empathetic and energetic customer services representatives, committed to exceptional patient care. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Care, the client coordinator works to ensure the intake and delivery of our clients supplies in a timely and proactive manner.
Responsibilities
- Proactively calling clients to follow up on customer orders and reorders.
- Assisting client understand their medical equipment orders and supplies.
- Instructing clients on proper use and maintenance of supplies.
- Processing orders received by telephone or fax and preparing all the necessary paperwork to ensure timely delivery and set-up.
- Ensure timely delivery of products for our patients.
- Reviewing, preparing, and maintaining all client documentation in accordance with HIPAA.
- Collecting payments from clients and in alignment with stated policies
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Degree Required.
- Minimum 3 years in a previous similar role of customer service, patient care, or call center.
- Prior knowledge of the medical field, medical assistance, or in-home health care preferred, but not necessary.
- Prior experience in processing orders.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent telephone skills and an ability to interact with clients.
