We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Architectural Designer who is passionate about the design process, to join our team in King of Prussia, PA.

• Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
• Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
• Prepare presentation materials including drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design concepts
• Review project scope with construction project managers
• Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Revit required
• Experience in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience producing construction drawings is required
