We are looking for a Live AV professional who will work with clients to create project proposals, provide accurate quotes, and install video and computer equipment. The role involves lighting setup, troubleshooting, equipment repair, ensuring high‑quality service, coordinating resources and budgets, preparing room audits, and providing operation reports and project updates. Additional duties include software upgrades, process improvement, employee recruitment and training, and client support.

• Represent SBMG professionally.
• Treat guests, clients, employees, and staff with kindness and respect.
• Perform all duties as an SBMG AVT.
• Support the property and existing property/client base as necessary.
• Support sales at the property and area.
• Proactively ensure high quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Set/Operate/Strike all Audio, Video, Lighting and services provided by SBMG.
• Use time efficiently to learn and train on correct equipment operation.
• Teach others correct SBMG processes when necessary.
• Participate in pre-conference meetings with clients when necessary.
• Attend all property EO meetings as necessary.
• Create event estimates for clients, including pricing of products/services.
• Be on-site contact for all events on the premises when necessary.
• Follow protocols for AV products and services.
• Complete assigned AV event setup and teardown.
• Ensure property inventories shipped and returned to correct locations.
• Plan and execute event set-ups, operations, and strikes of audio, video, lighting, and other event hardware.
• Record event inventory usage with event software.
• Provide professional and courteous technical support to all customers.
• Provide solutions for presentation needs in high-pressure circumstances.
• Offer immediate response to requests for assistance during events.
• Provide set-up, calibration, and technical support for displays, mounting systems, projectors, video walls.
• Operate audio systems including music programming and speech reinforcement.
• Secure signed work orders and approvals for equipment additions.
• Manage property storerooms and track inventory counts.
• Deliver expected SBMG level of service.
• All other duties as assigned.
